Stock 03-04 caliper bolts are 60mm long, so you will need some 75mm ones.
Why didn't you just measure the ones you have and add 15?

Many thanks dude..in this day and age ones only jas to use a smart device and get the measurements for the bolts than dressing warm, going out in the 29deg temp and removing one. Thamks again though. Look out for tthe pics

Ok so this is what im doing.. I have zx14 rotors which are 310mm. I bought some 07 zx6r NISSIN calipers and will mount that onto a 2004 636 front fork. As mentioned I need 75mm bolts and I checked bike bandit and the bolts for a zx with 310mm rotors are 10x73 , so I guess that 10 by 73mm. So ill buy a set of 2008zx10 caliper bolts and hope all the calculations are correct. I figure the 2 mm off is so that the pads cover maximum rotor space.

You are going to need to find some spacers as well, since they locate the calipers, the bolts just hold it all together.
