Yeah dude, QUIT your day job. Refine this, mass produce and SELL the SH** out of it. Also have it come with some sort of hotbodies type of undertail so as to clean up the underside of the bike since there will be no pipe there. I would definitely buy that! Or once you refine it, sell the idea to one of the pipe manufacturers and then go live on the beach the rest of your life Or at least a little while.

+1 on the dual outlet idea(one pipe exiting on each side).

man that pipe is sick, my only question is it looks like the collector on the header is bigger than the muffler opening. I wander how much, if any, power it makes. Good work, keep it up. Let us know if you do any for the 03-04 models

gunrunner u have a mandrel bender? we may have to arange a partnership. [8D]

the only problem with the valve is you may have to put it behind the muffler in this set up because of mounting/heat issues. but maybe on the next one.

another pic sorry if im killing you guys with the pics. .

i need to clean the plastic up a lil but i was to antsy to do a final sand job.

someone good with computers when i try to upload a sound clip i get an invalid file type "3gp" i might try another computer.

thanks again for the good feedback.

I have access to one, but I'm on a shadetree budget, so mine is the average hydraulic die form bender, but I've built several exhausts with it...

One of my buds has a Flowmaster mandrel bender...its kick ass...
