I have an idea for the exhaust servo, Breath, Gun, and Tarek jump in here.... The exhuat valve part of it, why not just extend the wires from the servo motor instead of trying to make the cables long enough to reach to the bottom....

The sound clip from your phone has to be a avi or mpeg type of format in order to upload. The file from your phone is 3gp(cell phone video file type)Download this converter tool and convert it to avi format and then you can upload it without any problems.

hmmm... my feeling is that there probably won't be a firm place to mount the servo box safely. That box has a motor in it and needs a very solid mount so that it doesn't rotate itself. Just my opinion... I think the servo box should stay in place and the cables be extended.
As for mounting the exhaust valve, I think you should build it right into the outlet of your muffler box and mount the tip straight off of it. The valve is enclosed in a solid one piece housing. Search for my write up on getting the valve out of the muffler to get a better picture of what you'll get yourself into. I strongly suggest you do it. My low end is very strong. NO power commander. And the bike runs very cool. You'll probably appreciate that since you moved the muffler below the engine.

BREATH, that sounds like it hardly has a muffler in there at all. The way it gargles and rumbles, it sounds almost like a straight pipe. You've got a lot of flow going on there. You should really consider getting the exhaust valve in there. I think you'd appreciate the gains. Excellent work my friend!
