He did do a good job on it, thats for sure...I'm gonna do something similar whenever I get tired of my Muzzy system...If you read it all though, you would see that it does have packing and a baffled section in it...just not near as restrictive as the stock system, along with the lack of the exhaust valve...

You should really consider getting the exhaust valve in there. I think you'd appreciate the gains. Excellent work my friend!

yea im not gonna lie its pretty loud but ive also run it with just headers and its ear piercing. my cell phone doesnt really do it justice. as far as the valve thing, if i can get my hands on a mandrel bender im gonna make a full system out of stainless, with the valve and a longer muffler. it should be sweet.

Breath,
What did you use for the packing in the muffler?
Thanks.

I second or 3 or whatever everyone else man. That thing is tight. Longer muffler, split to a tip on each side with a valve. That and some type of undertail setup and I would buy it in a second. I have been looking at the hotbodies because it looks so damn good but it's a peice of trash... I would buy your setup.. [8D] Get you a business partner..[:M86]

I hope the lack of recent replies by breath means he is doing it.
If you end up producing them, for the love of god...ship to Australia!
