Default New exhaust under construction...
well im not a fan of the aftermarket exhausts that came out for the 05-06 zx6 so i made my own.. here have a look...










stock header off ebay $41
various stainless steel pieces $35
unused muffler repack $10

i should have the slash tip on tomarrow. as far as sound its about as loud as my friends gix6 with a d&d

sorry my welds look like ish ma bad

very good work, but is that the finished product??

sorry IMO looks kinda crappy, but props for doing something diff and taking the time to do it.

no thats not the final look im gonna add a slash tip today. as far as the back of the bike i plan on getting som 16ga aluminum and forming it to the back then pop rivit it to the plastic as well as incorperating the my license plate in it as well. i should have pics up of the finish exhaust later today. thanks for the feedback fellas.
