you need to stop hating on my thread dude, Hong Kong or kawi, all pads will fade..
I think you mean wear... All pads will wear... Brake fade is from excessive heat?? And "good" pads are much less prone to that than cheap "hong kong" pads. Someone chime in and tell me if I'm wrong. By I've never heard someone say "oh man! My brakes are so faded... I really need new ones". Lol.
And you sir ,op, are making some very smart and useful people on here very frustrated... But your fine... You'll figure it all out on your own...
This is like watching a child put something together... They get frustrated and ask for help.. And in the middle of your explanation they grab it from you and scream "I WANNA DO ITTTTTT"....

You haven't been a member long enough to try and talk shit.. This site is full of know it all pricks, I fucking bought kawasaki pads from my local dealer. Thanks for your post, it was a waste of time... Where the hell can you get Hong Kong pads anyway.
These "Know it alls" have see others just like you blow in thinking you're hot shit countless times. You'll be back in here at some point posting either crash pics or broken parts from your dumb ass riding.

You ever think that maybe, just maybe, you might be wrong?
It doesn't take a fucking know-it-all genius to understand that newbie+supersport=bad fucking idea.

My local kawi dealer told me it should take 3.2 quarts, so I bought 4. It took the entire 4 quarts and the sight glass was a little lower than half way full. Google search says 4.2 quarts, another .2 of a quart had the level perfect. The owners manual would have come in handy.
Look what I had flying around on my hard drive. I went the extra mile to do a screen shot of the service manual.

Would you get in a car with no license and having never driven before? Sure as hell hope not. Pretty much same scenario, only worse, since bikes can be much more dangerous.
I don't understand how it is even legal to get on a bike there without doing some type of course or getting some kind of license to operate a bike, unless of course you are just "ridin dirty" as they say...
Even after my long, required-by-law 3 evenings of theory courses followed by 22 hours of closed course training on a bike to get my learner permit, I still had a ton to learn when getting out onto the road for real. And in no way did I even think about getting a supersport, a 650 is more than enough for my skill level and needs for at least a year or two if not more.
Won't waste more of your time by repeating what EVERY other user on here said (remember, YOU came to US for advice), but frankly if you don't have time or money for at least an MSF course (which is bullshit), just sell the fucking bike before you wreck it or wreck yourself, endangering people in the process.
