I did a search trying to find out about the R6 throttle tube mod. It seemed like everythread they would give up and just buy the motion pro. I'm on a budget so that is not an option. I was hoping someone had a what year R6/R1 throttle tube was needed and possibly a how to.

Just saw this thread and saw that you ordered the revolver kit for the R6. Before you open the package, I would confirm that it will work on you bike. I would think that the throttle housing and cams are not model specific but, the throttle cable length could be different between models. There is a specific revolver throttle kit for the 05-06 zx6r which is what I am running and love it.

Wasn't the whole point of pvc and the r6 throttle tube to avoid spending money on the motion pro? Why not get the tubes made specifically for your model if you're going to spend $ ???
