I heard about a possible swap from the 09 zx6r but it requires you to do away with the undertail exhaust. Not sure though...

If I was ever going to swap out a swing arm on my bike I would love to pony up the cash and get a single sided swing arm like Ducati has... I wonder if that's an option???

so wait are you saying that its not possible to get a single sided swing arm installed on the bike? I imagine someone who does custom bikes probably could pull it off maybe.

It is possible, I seen it on our bikes. It just takes some work and a lot of money.

ya it is possible i just dont have the cash to do that right now. on another note. how does the swing arm mount to the frame? i mean do swing arms bend often? the rear wheel got f'd but the swing arm didnt really hit physically to the ground i replaced the wheels and rear axle.

there is a company that make a direct bolt on single side swingarm, just be ready to give up about 4 grand.

4k would be a little insane.... You could find a good aluminum fab shop and have them custom make you one from scratch for half that. It may not be engineered like the 4k one though...if that one even is. What's the advantage of single sided arms anyways?
