I did a check on the VIN, didn't do the paid one yet.. Hesitant to do so because it costs $30 just for one, lol. Should I do it anyways? I was just expecting it to be cheaper to see the "5 finds" that DMV.org is saying.

JKAZX4P167A002858...

It says (Motoverse):
"2007 KAWASAKI ZX600P"

Is that what a ZX6-R is? Because then I put it in the DMV.org database and it says "Model: Ninja ZX-6R", instead of the ZX600P.

Pictures below:

So please motorcycle geniuses, help me. I don't wanna get burned at all. I am so clueless.

Get down on the clutch side of the bike and look through the fairings at the front of the engine. You'll see what I mean. Check above the headers to see if there's an oil leak. Those bikes tend to leak oil from the valve cover.

Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

If there is, is it a deal breaker of an issue? Dunno how expensive that fix is.

It's a warranty issue. If he didn't fix it, you can get it fixed for free on Kawasaki's dime.

Look more for a VIN search. I paid $2 or $3.

From that link from TimmaethBoy, a Bill of Sale is not required from IL. The only reason for having you get one signed is for the provision to get the bike inspected.
