okay good so i got it on the right spot. i thought it might be the tune because eveything is in the right spot to my knowledge, harness running along the right side of the bike and from the instructions the top and bottom injectors are plugged in right spots. im still going to yank everything apart and check it all out just to make sure, if i cant find anything then ill go ahead and head out with my buddy and tune everything.
Scratches and scuffs... it does sound like you got a 'pre-loved' unit. Nothing to worry though, those things are bullet proof almost. The one I have (no longer on the bike though) I bought from a guy in Canada and it served me really well for over a year... only removed it to put another used unit in it. This time I went with the Kawasaki Race ECU and etc...
The Race ECU also came pre-loaded with a map and even after I zero'ed it, it still wouldn't work how it should and the bike had maybe 80hp. It wasn't until I had the bike dyno tuned properly that it worked. It had me thinking I had messed up on the install (same as you) and I re-did everything at least 3 times... and that's replacing the whole harness 3 times!!!! Massive PITA.

You can check on my other videos and compare the speed at the end of the straight but if you're as lazy as I am, you'll be happy that I told you it used to cut on 6th gear for like half sec with the Bazzaz on and saved you having to watch someone else's videos.

I emailed you the map. Throw it in and take it for a spin. Then have your guy tune it off that.
alright i loaded your map and the bike is still bogging down around 10,000k. i have no clue what is going on, every plug is right and the tps is reading 100%, the zero map, the slip on map, and jeffs map and im still having trouble. im calling tech support tomorrow when they open and see if i can figure anything out.

i can get video, but i called the bazzaz tech support today and talked to them about and the guy is saying its a defective box. the only problem is i bought it from someone off ebay not sure if they are a manufacturer or what but it looked like he was one when i checked out his stuff, so im gonna get my money back and order and BRAND NEW one form the bazzaz site themsleves and hopefully then everything will kick into place and ill start blazing past everyone. if not then im gonna go put my foot in his ass and take my money.
