Shock Help Needed

I have a 2008 KXF450 Quad and need to change the oil in the shock and front shocks - any help is appreciated. I t has a cap looking thing so you can't get directly to the nitrogen valve....

Details.
I recently rebuilt my rear shock and fork oil on a 2005 KX 250 two stroke. Doing it inspired me to redo the oil and nitrogen in my quad and then after removing the rear shock I wondered - can the suspension be rebuilt where you drain the oil and put fresh oil in? I ride pretty hard and figured the original oil was past its life. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated - I noticed the service manual does not cover the disassembly at all.

Just a quick update, if anyone is trying this - it's easier than it looks. I have a tendency to psych myself out - truth be told - changing the oil is much easier than I expected.

I had to reach out to a few forums but honestly this took a little more time than I expected, but I saved roughly 100.00 per shock (dealer quote). I take it to the dealer for the hard stuff, and the other stuff I try myself. I put shrader valves in the reservoirs, synthetic oil and will fine tune the adjustments next time at the dunes. The shrader valve is much easier - although I used a lathe to drill and tap it, I did this only because I wasn't confident I could keep the valve cap held in place using a drill press.

The biggest concern - do everything you can to avoid getting air in the shock body - the reservoir is easy but the rest you need to handle with care and go slow. Thank you everyone who responded and if you do enough research there are plenty of people willing to help out.
