Exactly. My first gloves were an older style GP Pro. Awesome gloves, so when it was time to replace them I went with new GP Techs. Fell apart after a few weeks. Swore off A* gloves and bought some Handroids. Far and away superior in absolutely every single category.

I love my GP PROS but I may try the Knox Handroids next time I'm in the market for some gloves, but man they're expensive!!!

Best price I found was $200

Expensive is the new Spidi Carbo Track gloves at $300, or Held Titans at $350ish! IMO, gloves are second only to a good helmet though. If you spend $200 and get 3-4 years out of them, it works out to be a pretty good deal I think. I did just realize I lied a bit. I DO miss the finger bridge between the pinky and ring finger. I know there are quite a few people that can't stand that, but I personally found it unobtrusive.
