The helmet: Akuma Phantom II MFR

I'm thinking about purchasing it due to its lightness and and webbikeworld gave it 5 stars and pretty much called it excellent. Does anyone have this helmet that can concur?

The helmet falls in at 3 lbs. 0-1/8 oz for an XL.

Actually the price is not correct on there. I don't know how recent that review was but the helmet is now $370 to $400 max. I found it for about $365 on this one website.

Aside from small things, the helmet got great reviews everywhere.
