First of all, thanks to CerealKiller for the great thread he made, without that, i wouldnt get this idea of making one myself. The only reason why i tried this is because the glue keeps on coming off and i was frustrated as hell.
I found another way to do this easier, well if you have patience then yes, it should be easy, these are the materials you need.
1 Mending Brace 3 in. x 5/8 in. - available at ACE Hardware, it comes in 4 but all you need is one, cost is $1.85
JB Weld or Super Glue
Grinder or a Demel Tool with Grinding Bit.
Drill
Size 8 Wrench
And your STOCK SERVO MOTOR PULLEY - The stock pulley has a lock underneath for the shaft.
First, drill the Mending Brace in the middle with a bit that will fit the stock bolt through it. You'll see it below.
Second, place the brace on top of the pulley and mark it with a marker on the part where it should sit in. Start grinding until the brace would sit flat on the pulley, make sure that it has an exact fitment, you dont want to have slack on the brace while it is turning, you'll see what i mean below on the video.
Now, make sure that the notch on the servo is 12 o'clock like what CerealKiller mentioned. you can see below the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock i wrote.
Now install the pulley with the brace on the box but make sure the brace sits flat on the pulley and put glue or jb weld under to make it super strong kinda thing. When tightening the bolt, make sure you hold the brace and pulley good or else you will damage to motor.
Thats it, turn on the ignition and check if the FI light is still on, Here is the video on how it should look when turning. Make sure the Brace is hitting the box to make it go back and forth.
Patience is the key. Good luck. Im a little sleepy right now coz its 1 am in the morning here so if you dont understand some of what i am saying, dont hesitate to ask me lol.
