I'd like to hear how you like it, I've been considering this bike but it's also tempting to go for the Suzuki DRZ for the extra CC's, have you done much trail riding with it yet or just street?

Edit: just read your other post, definitely diggin the bike

Great bike needs more power though have put a pro circuit pipe on and removed snorkel havn`t jetted it yet . On the road corners better than road bike so flickable have taken it off road quite a bit i weigh 95kg, gets me up any hill even with standard tyres.

This is my vuiew of the KLX 250, I do ride one.

Stock...good enough for beginners, less power than the TTR, DR and the WR...but it can keep up.
Its good enugh if yu're just doing fun trailing, good mileage even though the tank is small.
Handles really well...I love it.

But its not really a bike if you wanna race...unless yu're spending big money for upgrading to after market pipes ( I have the TBR M7), rejetting ( I did to main 125 and pilot 38) or even get a better carb...change to Big Bore Kit...

However, I love mine at stock or even with the jetted carb and my TBR on.
I regretted buying the Clarke's tank...made my bike look ugly due to improper fittings.

Anybody in S'pore or Malaysia needs a Clarke's 2.7 gal tank, lemme know...

I luv my KLX.

Klx250s is excellent bike. I look some images this bikes. Klx250s contain 249cc DOHC engine its extra features are it's compact design & hing weight, revving. Good mass centralization for superior handling. Aluminum cylinder coating, six speed transmission, provide excellent acceleration.
