i had a brake hose made by hel brake lines as i did not want the hassle as you will find. the 03 chain is fine unless your running larger sprockets. i am using 16/41 and the stock chain fits perfectly. the 05 chain is too long.

Sorry, meant to ask you in my last message, which brake line did you use for the rear swingarm conversion? Some have said use the same one from the model the swingarm came from, others have said it's too short? also, what chain have you used....length wise, again we need a longer one, would I be right to assume that anything for the swingarm model year would be ok?

you need the top spec one for the zx6r. adjustable compression high and low and rebound. Height adjustable and with preload adjustment.

Cheers, there's a couple of Nitron shocks I can look at.

nitron shock is the best shock i have found. I had wp on my 04 r1 and found less difference compared to the settings on the nitron. I would recommend the nitron over wp due to rebuildable component factor. fully rebuildable internals

How you finding the Nitron? I've been offered one and a WP so am trying to find opinions. Cheers, g.
