Default KX65 problems

Hi all first post here so would like to buy a virtual round of beers,
was after some advice on my sons bike, its a 2004 KX65.
a while ago while he was using it,the bike started to stall then couldnt start it again.on inspection the transmission fluid had gone milky so i suspected that either head gasket or water pump seals so have changed both but on trying again still the same story?? am i going the wrong direction ?.
any advice would be appreciated.
cheers

sounds like your going the right way. milky oil if I recall mens coolant in the oil. is the cylinder cracked by chance? possible an o-ring rolled I guess, I'd inspect the cylinder, sucks you just put the new gaskets in thou. good luck.
