F4i's are used a lot for stunt bikes so I think there's a pretty good market for used parts i.e. fairings.

So right now I have an offer with the guy the trade him my ninja 250 2008 (Ninja 250 2008) plus 250 cash for his bike. Does this seem like a fair offer to everyone else? I know I have to replace the fairings on his bike but that can all be done later or maybe even repaired by my friend at his auto body place.

anyone who thinks that is doing something HORRIBLY wrong. tell ya what; let's go to a track and swap bikes for a day. if you can beat my lap times on your 250 with you on my 600, then you're probably ready for another bike. you've not outgrown it, you're just figuring shit out pretty good...
