Hey all,
As you can see im new here, Where to start..
25 year old rider of my Ninja and having a few problems,
No.1, Im living in Spain and trying to change the number plates over to Spanish ones from british,
No.2 The ITV(MOT) station says that the cant do it because i dont have a 17 digit number that corresponds to Spanish laws, I have a number on the chassis and engine block (VIN i think) and neither are 17,
No.3 Another reason they cant do it apparently is because i dont have a COC(Certificate of Conformity) and cant get one because of the bikes Age,
No.4 I went to another ITV with a friend today, They were looking for some sort of sticker with kawasaki weights, distances etc etc, i have one on the swing arm but it isnt that,any ideas what theyre looking for

So if there is anyone out there who can help me at all, any help would be appreciated....
