I'm the new owner of a not so new bike, and I would like to change the oil, oil filter, and air filter. I found the appropriate filters on bikebandit, any thoughts?

Also I was curious about the crush washer that needs to be replaced, and o-rings and whatnot and if new O-rings come with the new filters or not.

I think there should be a simple, complete, numbered list of all the items you need, including tools, to do a proper oil change on a bike.

There is a How To section and a search function. Plus in the How To section there is a list that Whitey put together of several How Tos.

Depends on the shape the crush washer and O-rings are in. I haven't ever had to replace my crush washers. Be sure to let people know what bike you have in the future so if you have a question they can answer it more precisely.
