Hello everyone! I've had this bike for a few months and have been slowly putting life into it. The first problem was the starter motor clutch, fixed that. And anyone who has had to do that knows what a pain it is. After getting everything back together, and trying to turn it over, the thing wouldn't fire. Spent several days figuring out which plugs go to which coils and with the help of some starter fluid it turned over last week. That is where the second issue comes into play. I can get it to start with full choke and the idle rises to ~6,000 rpm, put the choke back in and it drops to ~1,100. The moment I rev the engine past 3,000 rpm the idle raises to ~5,000 and stays. I can get it back down with the idle screw that sits in between the carbs, but when I rev it again same thing happens. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe I have the Mikuni bs34 carb setup. After taking of the bowls And cleaning the area it did the same thing. I am running pods and I'm not sure what the jet sizes are (I don't trust the PO because he had the fuel line hooked the the vacuum inlets on the carbs) But they should be 120, right? Any help would be awesome. Oh, and I'm certain it's not a stuck throttle cable, double checked and just to make sure I lubed up both the cables and still had the same symptoms.

Note: In the video it went to ~7,000 before I killed it.
Thanks in advance for your help
