had the yamaha for 3 years and just decided it was time for something different. Never had a kawasaki street bike before so I decided to try it out.

R6 is an amazing track bike... If he rides mostly on the street the ZX may be more rider friendly. I disliked my 07 ZX and sold it within a few months..felt heavy and piggish.

Yes, if it were an 03-06 or an 09+, but the 07/08 is no less a track focused bike than the R6.
