Or at least, welcome for as long as you're likely to be a member.

As a Newby on a ZX-11 that might not be very long.

I already learned the hard way, what's it like to be a newbie on a ZX-11. 2 stitches on my forehead serve as a reminder.
Hope you're not right about the last one.

You're at very high risk.

At least I hope you've completed an MSF course and wear full gear all the time.

Rob wishes death on everyone who starts on a bike bigger than a 250. He's a rude and inconsiderate elitist who hides behind his righteousness.

Ignore him.

Thanks to everybody for the tips I'll keep them in mind

Kawikid72

No I wasn't. Seemed cool riding without it. I wear my jacket and helmet at all times now.

P.S. Anyway since I started posting on here I just wanted to ask a few questions so I won't have to start another topic.

89-93 ZX-11 engines were rated at 147hp. How about the 93-99 ones? Same power?
I'm asking this question 'cause mine is a `91 year model with a `96 engine swap.
