I need help with my bike hence joining the forums. i guess i post the issue here?

my 2006 Kawasaki Ninja250r will only idle when giving it gas. it rides fine. it will not idle ON ITS OWN though. carb was cleaned. new jets. still had the issue. another mechanic took the carb apart and checked everything with the idle, looked for vacuum leaks. still the same issue. need to sell this thing. PLEASE HELP
