Need help!!! Regarding zx10r

Hi
Actually I'm trying to Get a zx10r to ride this season. I've looked at couple and stumbled upon a 2012 zx10r with 12K miles. But the only thing wrong with the bike is that the key ignition needs to be changed on the bike, which I think it's easy but don't know how to or the parts needed to replace. So if anyone has done an installation on the ignition do let me know how to if it's easy and if it's worth getting that bike.
Thanks

Not sure how to fix your problem but I'm assuming you're buying off a private seller and they can't start the bike because of the ignition problem... I'd advise you to ask the seller if you can take the bike to a shop and make sure that that's its only issue because I know a guy who got shitted on like that.... ended up with a sexy but crap bike. It pays off to be sure. Also the shop is probably your best bet on learning how to change the ignition if they are nice and you ask them how or if someone else here is nice enough to respond. Just lookin out ride safe bro.

make sure he bike is not stolen and the title is perfect.

The ignition is pretty easy, but there is a secret for anti theft.

you can do keyless if you are heading to the track or replace the ignition if its damaged.

sounds fishy, but can be corrected.

This. I'd avoid it completely. No reason for an ignition switch problem on a four year old bike...even if it's been sitting outside the whole time.

Helps with the flavor.
