SO I just bought this 2000 Mojave Friday.. And I've noticed that my headlights turn off while driving, and then come back on periodically.. What would cause this? Rectifier maybe?? New to quads, and not sure where to start.. Thanks in advance for any help..
Ok, so I have cleaned the- connector at the headlight, connector at switch, and switch, still goes in and out of working.. Wired in a turn signal bulb, to see if I still have power when the headlight turns off, headlight turned off, turn signal bulb got really bright, then I think blew the bulb. SO my question is, I'm guessing my connector for my headlight is no good, Can I buy any aftermarket lights to do more of a dual round light bar?? Would I need to do anything special?? Also do you guys think that it is the plug??
Also Can I switch to an LED tail light?? I found one on Ebay that I really would like to use, just don't know if they would work, Mojave is AC powered right??
ok.. so I should be able to just tap into the wiring and wire in the running lights?.. I'm pretty sure that's what my problem is, where the bulb plugs in at.
