Default turn signal issue on 08 250

When I push the turn signal to the left the lights don't blink, they just stay solid. The front and back lights do this. Funny thing is that the turn signal light on the dash stays solid as well. When I turn right all the right lights and dash turn signal light blink correctly. Anyone experience this b4?

Did you have the left front fairing off and disconnect the wire going to the blinker at all by chance?

When I crashed my bike and broke off my front right blinker, my left blinker stayed solid when I turned it on. The dash light stayed solid too as you indicated. As soon as I got the blinker and bulb hooked back on the bike things worked just fine.

I dropped my bike on the left side and broke my left turn signal. Now when I signal left it stays solid. The right side blinks correctly though.........

I noticed last night that the left front blinker doesn't work. So i'm guessing thats causing the rear to stay solid. Could you tell me the type of bulb you bought? Thanks

The exact same thing happened to me today. I had the bike in for its first service May 21st. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or if its just a coincidence. I pulled over to the side of the road and turned if off for a minute or two and then it worked again. I have about 2200kms on her. Curious as to how many Km's/Miles you have on yours.

Greetings all. New here and thought I'd add to this. Mine was doing it on the L side as well. Must be a problem from the factory. But anywho; It's not the bulb. It's the female side of the plug. You may have to pull the fairing off to get to the plug; I was able to pull the wires through the top. I just put a slight bend in the male prongs (enough to make good contact) added a dab of electric grease and plugged back together. I haven't had any issued since I did it over a month ago. Hope this works for you too.

x2 what firegod did. i fixed my issue with this today the way he did. If this doesn't work you can check your fuses. Of course start with the easiest troubleshooting, first the bulbs!
