Just turned 40 a couple weeks ago. Got my license last thing I ever did besides divorcing the woman who never let me get a bike.

Rented one and raced owned. Almost passed out from the heat. Had to get a wrist replacement from pinning the throttle as hard as I could for 20 min.

Race bike rentals is the place to rent.

47 years on this ball.

Awesome. I hope you keep it going and I hope I can do the same as the years pass. If I have it my way, I'll be riding until I have to trade 2 wheels in for 3. The wife and I joke about that because there are lots of seniors in my area on trikes. She says that we will get one when I can't balance on 2 wheels anymore.

Age is just a number. Don't matter if you're 40+ and riding a 250, as long as it's legal. Just like having sex with a 17 year old when you're 50, as long as they're at the age of consent.

LOL this guy.
I love you.

seriously though.
The age of the person doesn't determine respect or the right/wrong of being on a bike.
Dedication to the ride and learning to be 'one' with the bike is what makes riding most enjoyable- at any age.
Just my two cents.

45 here and young at heart. Remember you're only as old as the person you're with! So for maintenance purpose, get in bed with 18 or 19 yr old often, hahaha
