Ninja 250 Dyno sheet - HP before/after snorkel removal!
I had my 2008 Ninja 250R dynoed, keep in mind it was bone stock. We did a run (in black) first, then another with the snorkel removed (blue), the red run is with the TYGA full system.
As you can see at peak it gained 1.5HP! It smoothed out the power, and while it doesn't show it, the stock A/F was really rich from the factory. The snorkel evened out the A/F although it was still rich.
A more detailed report on the dyno run is here:

Holy crap. that's quite a bit. I didn't think that you'd be able to get that kinda of power gains from a 250.

wow 4rwhp from desnorkle and full system...nice. What's the drivetrain loss on these
26rwhp * ~22 = 32 factory hp rating
32.4 * ~22 = 38 hp?
is that right, sounds really high

I do not think it is all that much. 10%? 28 would be 25.2?

Also... were these done back-to-back on the same day? or were they different days, etc

All 3 runs were done the same day, back-to-back.

I was going to add that in since people were asking, the torque was progressively better and it was lean @ low RPMs and really rich up top. It evened out after I put the TYGA full system on, but I'll still be jetting my bike and doing another run to see what the final numbers look like.
