So with my bike that I bought, I got an extra pipe which happens to be a Danmoto Carbon GP (unsure if there is a baffle in it).
I have gotten the bike tuned (had some carb issues) new tire, chain lube, etc. and I was wondering if it would need to be tuned again if I were to replace the stock pipe with the Danmoto one?
It might be OK to add this exhaust with no carb rejetting, and it might not. Leave the airbox and air filter stock for fewer changes needed after changing the exhaust.
Consider adding a baffle to the Danmoto exhaust, maybe like the ones in this article linked below:

I am referring to changing the pilot mixture screw idle settings (or changing the screws themselves- I had to file off the end of one to get it to work properly), the clip position on the jet needles for mid-range, and the size of the main jets for full throttle for most jet kits (Ivans, Factory Pro, Dynojet brands).
There are also jetting kits from the Dial-a-Jet brand that are very different, as a stand-alone or an addition to other jetting changes.
