Hi i was wondering where i can find flushmount turn signals (front and rear) for my 09 ninja 500. I have been looking and i have had no luck. I have also been looking for a new exhaust. I have been leaning towards slip-on and i was wondering what exhaust is the best sounding (I love loud exhaust lol)...Give me your opinions...Thanks

When I had my 500 I bought slip on cf D&D exhausts, was insanely loud and sounded amazing. Here are the videos I took when i had the bike.

You didn't have to do anything with the carburetor when you put the new exhaust on did you?

did you buy the d&ds with the street pak core or the race pak core?

I bought them with the race pack core and no I didn't have to do anything with the carburetor. And to be honest the video doesn't even do these pipes justice. They are Insanely loud lol

LOL...what made you order the exhaust with the race pak core instead of the street pak core? Did you ever get pulled over for it being to loud?

After awhile did you find the exhuast to loud or did you always like it?

I wanted it loud lol, it was my first bike and I wanted to be that asshole lol it wasn't too obnoxious and I never got pulled over, then again the cops around where I am usually leave bikes alone for everything. Almost everyone around me ride harleys so the police are used to the loud sound.

Well now the dealership that i bought my bike from said that if i buy a D&D slip-on, that the bike will need rejetting..and i have a warranty through them so if i dont get it rejetted the warranty might be voided...now im trying to decide if its worth getting the D&D slipons or just going with a full Muzzy 2-1 exhaust...this sucks lol

Dealer is feeding you shit. A slip on will not require a rejet on the 500

Hell, rejetting in general doesn't do jack for power on this bike: it's maxed from the factory.
