That sounds about $600 more than it costs to manufacture... so to me, that is bad.

Dunno where you got a $34 manufacturing cost from but stainless steel is expensive. Go check how much a mandrel bender of that calibre costs. Then check the cost of good welding techniques to get the final product. Then pressure testing to check for leaks. Not to mention company R&D cost to ensure the flow for each exhaust on each bike they manufacture is proper. That doesn't even factor in the salaries of the machine shop guys and design engineers ($$$). Quite a lot more goes into the manufacturing of the exhaust than you might think.

The two bros is about twice as loud as the arrow and looks way better. The can is smaller and stays tucked under. I've put about 2500 kms on since adding the 2 bros and am happy with it so far. Not looking forward to the re-pack, which I believe is only a 2 bros thing. It is very loud though so if you don't want to attract attention and bother your neighbours then maybe get the arrow. Also it was easy to install.

Two bros full exhaust and juice pro installed, bike sounds great runs like a champ, I did both of the installs myself was not hard at all, saved myself a few 100 bucks not taking it to a shop

After creating this thread some time ago and covering 24,000+km with the stock exhaust I was presented with an offer to good to refuse and now have this beauty.
Perfect exhaust to keep the lines of the original exhaust and boy ohhhh boy what a sound track!!

As someone relatively new to riding and newer to the Kawi 650, outweighing cosmetic mods to performance mods is a bit of a task. With exhausts in the $400-800 range, can any of you chime in on your experience? Whether it was rewarding or not really what you were looking for? I'm planning to keep the bike mostly stock and any mods I do, will be reversible. Just trying to outweigh whether something like this is worth it or not. Not knocking anyone, busy seems like between buying sport bars, exhausts, PVCs, etc. why not just buy a super sport to begin with? Only asking these questions for insight and experience.
