To be honest they all sound more or less the the same.
For that kind of money you could get the same i have, a Two Bothers (stay away from their carbon ones) or an Arrow at the cheaper end.
All three sounds great, look good and weigh alot less than the standard unit.
Getting shot of that stock exhaust is a must do, these engines really have a thump to them, a thump of which you'll never hear with the stock unit in place

awesome, thanks for the input. ive seen other people saying the same about the carbon two brothers - whats the issue with them? thats really too bad, i love the black/dark look to match the rest of the bike. also, two brothers is about 10 minutes up the road from me.
I am quite new in the motocycle world but as suggested by everyone, exhaust needs to be changed on a 2012 ninja 650. I have a hard time choosing from Leo Vince, Two Brothers and Arrow. Since I don't want to be stopped by a cop or disturb my neighbors, the exhaust needs to be somehow quite. Youtube videos doesn't do justice as a lot mentioned. Here is what I gather for each exhaust:
1. Two Brothers:
-Noise: Extremely loud. Some say with the P1x (sound suppressor), it would be -8db but a lot says that it does not really reduce the noise.
-Quality: Overall ok. Heard about carbons...
-Looks: Looks great and it does stand out.
2. Leo Vince:
-Noise: Loud. But does include a sound suppressor that would significantly reduce the noise.
-Quality: Great. Seems like everything is perfect with this one.
-Looks: hmmm... I honestly don't like their logo...
3. Arrow:
-Noise: Loud
-Quality: Great
-Looks: Looks great
P.S. It seems like everyone is using the full system made for the ER-6N, can anyone confirm?
I like the noise of all the aboves but leaning towards Leo Vince. Seems like the Titanium is worth it over Aluminium, is it really?
I felt cheap and just went with danmoto. Although I originally hated it beacuse it was extremely loud, I wear earplugs now and it doesn't bother me. The fact that the baffle (silencer) only reduces by 3 db to around 100db was really annoying.
I do enjoy the sound of the exhaust, and I used BBQ paint in it, now it looks sweet as well. Sure it's a little bit loud, but at least somebody in a car is less likely to forget that I'm next to them.
The sound is like a mean ducati or something similar. It's not the deep sounds of TwoBro or Arrow.
But I have learned that I will never buy one of these POS danmoto or similarly engineered exhausts in the future. From now on, I'll fork out the $ required to have real R&D and opt for Yoshi probably
Hi,
Has anyone fitted or seen a Termignoni full exhaust on a er6 2012?
I was looking at the carbon one of these. There quality is apparently awesome.
Any reviews??
I've fitted a Scorpion Red Power full serket taper system to my 2012.
It sounds great, drops nearly 4 kilos, and is dyno tested by the company to ensure 100% compatibility.
It tucks in really close to the rear wheel, so keeps the tidy asthetics of the bike in tact.

2012 ER6-F...Puts a on my face!
I had the TBR on a Versys and then on a ER-6N (no D.B. killer). It was obnoxiously loud. I now have a LeoVince (no D.B. killer in, but it comes with one), much quieter than the TBR, but still fairly loud wide open throttle, nice tone. Just about perfect for my tastes, and in my opinion looks fantastic.
