Do I need to setup the wires just as the pictures show even just to test it out? I'm just trying to test it first before putting all together.

to test the hid's connect the harnesses to the battery, then connect harness to ballast, then ballast to hid bulb. Then if you hold the white wire on the harness to the + on the battery the hid's will come on.

I have my lights wired up (per the diagram above) on my ER-6N with the H11 connectors. When I start the bike both lights turn on and the high beam shutter opens, when I flip the hi/low switch the lights turn off. What's the solution?

connect the left h11 plug to the right side and right h11 plug to left side.

let me know if this solved the issue.

Nah that didnt work. The lights stay on with the switch on low but the high beam shutters are still open.

Ill have to get a picture tmrw but the blue wires go to the positive (red wire) for the high pig tail and the white wires go to the positive wire on the low pigtail just as the diagram appears on all of your posts (650r, zx6r, 250r, etc..). Also as an FYI for future er-6n people trying to do this...the headlight is perma sealed, good luck getting the lens off. Furthermore, this kit doesnt fit with the lens on so I have to modify the housing, just an fyi borka if anyone asks you in the future.

Default HOW-TO: Install BKMOTO BiXenon HID projectors with angel eyes halos 2008+ Ninja 650R

Borka,
Lights and wiring, everything works great with the switch.

Now, please help me. Where in the heck do I install those ballasts?! I do not want to attach it to the front fairing because I want to make this simple and easy to remove the fairing when I need it, for maintenance purposes. So where would the recommended location be?

Thanks!
