Default Kawasaki sticker
I have just purchased the 2012 Ninja 650R...When I look at images of the bike online, there is a "KAWASAKI" sticker on the bottom ferring (spelling!?!) My bike didnt come with it...I would really like to get one- anyone have any info??

The 2013 model comes with the kawasaki sticker on the lower fairing. You will have to order it from a dealer. If your looking on the Kawasaki website, the 2013 should be the bike in the picture. Congratulations on your new bike. What color did you pick?

the metallic green...sure looks nice. This is my very first bike- so I am super new to all this stuff. Thanks for the advice brother- I appreciate it!

I bought the green one too. Totaled my gsxr and went with the kawi this past may. You'll enjoy this bike a lot. It does everytging pretty good. Pretty good at handling, touring and traveling, pretty good commuting(50-65mpg). Overall its a fun bike.

First of all congrats on your new bike.
...as your dealer from whom you purchased the bike.

The last time I was at my dealer's, he said the sticker is to "differentiate" between the 2012s & 2013s. He didn't have the sticker at present.

You could probably order a sticker for cheap from ebay or any one of many online sticker makers.
Dealer probably won't be cheap... but worth a check.

If you Google "Kawasaki stickers" I'm sure you'll get plenty of options. Might even find something different you like than what you've seen.

Just bought my 2012 650 from a friend and he gave me the stickers he ordered (for about $11 shipped vs $50 for the oem ones) that look oem to me. They are only 9inches long instead of the oem 11 or 12 inch length. I'm debating ordering the larger ones or using these. What do you think?

I ordered the exact same stickers for the belly pan on my 2012 Ninja650
$14 for the pair (OEM from Kawasaki Thailand)
In no way what so ever should the shipping and import tax on two stickers cost $36.......
If you need any other parts (OEM) contact Tony, he can ship to you at a fraction of the cost
