Hey guys,

I'm going black but need the decals for the black model before I do. In all my google glory I can't find a site to put in an order for the decals. I'm not too concerned about KAWASAKI decal on the tank. It's the ER-6n on the lower fairings. Where do you order those (for the black bike)?

Just verified with the local dealer that these are $32 each (!) for the tank decals and $24 (!) each for the lower fairing decals. Over $100 for just 4 decals. I don't think I can do it and still live with myself. But I have to make a decision before clear coat. ARGH!!!

I'd skip it, personally. But I'm always a fan of de-badging!



Except a plate that is "ER-6N" of course...

Why not just make your own.
You can find the vectors online and have your local sticker/vinyl shop print/cut them for you.

That's what I did with mine, cost $17(converted from ZAR) for 2 Kawasaki + 2 ER-6n + 2 K-logo stickers(decals)

I bit the bullet. $96 bones. It represents about 50% of the total cost to paint (WOW!). I can live with it so long as the finished product is nice to look at and it holds up. I'll post pics this winter as it progressive from foofy kawi blue.

Are you going to clear coat over the decals?

Yeah I'm talking to my painter about options because I want a flat look. We are going to do a satin clear coat (I think), over the decals.
