I'm thinking about buying sport bars from ninja650 shop and was wondering if anyone has installed them And not switched banjo bolt? If so did u have any issues? I don't want to have to bleed my brakes and my shop will charge me 150 bucks to do it so was hoping to just leave stock bolt.

Never switched bolt and have no issues.. I'm happy with both the bars and how the install came out, didn't have to bleed brakes.

I did flip the banjo bolt as I couldn't go lock to lock without flipping it. Bled the brakes and then a couple months later I swapped out the stock brake lines for stainless. Little bit better feel to the brakes. Bleeding them is not hard just get a friend and take your time with it.

So you couldn't lock the handle bars when u shut bike off?

It depends on how you want your controls. I got em and never flipped the bolt and i can turn lock to lock just fine.

I couldn't turn the bars far enough to lock the bars, I wasn't comfortable with the banjo bolt hitting the instrument cluster
