:)I was thinking of leaving my bike stock but just getting an ECU Flash.
It will cost about $550. What can a ECU Flash do for my bike? What are the pros and cons?

Power Commander or similar module. If you don't like the results of loaded maps, it's always completely removable or further adjustments can be made/tried. I know flashes(such as I did on my Buell's) often adjust more settings than the PCV or similar tuner provides, but I think the best bang for your buck would be a fuel/timing module.

For the very marginal gains you'll get for your money, I'd persoanlly fit an exhaust to shed some weight and improve the sound!

You will have to spend a few thousand to get any real power gains that you'll really notice on the bike!

A better seat and a better back shock would probably make you happier.

I like the exhaust idea. It doesn't make the bike much faster, but the sound makes you think it's faster.

The stock seat on the '07 isn't great, so I could see it as an upgrade point especially for someone who likes to go for long rides. I don't see much of a problem with the rear suspension. It's the front that's far too stiff to be effective on a road that isn't perfectly smooth.

I had a Scorpion pipe on mine. Sounded great, but every cop within a half mile could hear when I got happy with the throttle. This may or may not be a problem depending on how you ride. My new bike has stock exhaust and I'm leaving it that way.
