Do I need mirror adapters?

I bought these for bars and these mirrors will I need adapters? Also will I need to drill these bars? Any install tips would be nice. Thanks for your time.

It's hard to tell from the photo of the handlebar, but it looks like those mirrors should fit without having to modify the bar.

They look like "universal" fitment type mirrors so they should fit but even if they don't they will with a bit of tinkering.

I doubt you'll need any modification. Most aftermarket bars are simply hollow, which means you won't be drilling anything. The mirrors are with 'expandable bolts', which is not entirely the correct name - this means the rubber on the inserts will expand as you tighten the bolt, thus making them locked into place by friction. Often these types of mirrors will need a slight retightening along the way! :-)

Good choice on bar end mirrors - if you've never had them before, I am sure you will be extremely impressed!

I bought mirrors similar to these for my bike. I still have the stock bars which are not hollow on the ends. Instead of cutting the bar I was able to use the old bar end screws to screw in the mirrors where the bar ends used to be. I also used some rubber grommets to keep them from vibrating. If the bars you bought are hollow then you can probably just use the expandable fitments like normal.
