yes
and thats a base number.. honestly, if i go apeshit, i'm sure i can go 300 at the wheel but i'm not sure whet the cases will take, nor the trans. i think theres only 3 or 4 turbo 7's in the world. i'll have one of them.. but i'm certain none of them will be tuned to the degree i'm going for.

i may have to do a W/M injection as well in addition to the iintercooler.. it's still up in the air.. but i have a MAP sensor i'll use off a trans am that will trigger the shit.. it'll be an RPM and pressure based thing.. that way just a no-load rev won't trigger the W/M to come on if i do it.

lots of little things.

the gixxer guys are putting intake cams in where their ex cams were and getting 18HP.. theres magic to behold in the cams.

No way that ZX6R will make a N/A 150 crank hp and live to talk about it. A full on FX AMA bike makes about 133 RWHP, and they are really trick. A motor like that would probably cost more than a new ZX6R. If your bike was making 120 RWHP or about 130 crank hp you would really have something, even 115 out of an 07-08 is a lot.

don't really need new internals. i'd push the stock slugs to 14:1 static with no fear. run a .025 squish and degree the cams and take .010 or so of the base gasket and you otta be up around there close.. of course cam timing doesn't affect CR but you know what i mean

ima have marine crank (not sure how to link.. Motorcycle crankshaft repair - Marine Crankshaft, Inc. - Motorcycle Crankshaft Repair) do my work.. they said dynamic balance, knife edging and ion nitriding for 385 i think? damn good price and some of the best and most talented racers i know in the cournty use them.

from then, it's 2MM offset pistons and SI (or kibblewhite) valves and some Ti goodness in the valvetrain.. and a little head magic, a 9.5 static and iat 10 psi i should have my 250ish hp at the wheel i'm told..

racin yason. you're amazing.

new fav site.

and i think 140 is entirely possible, tho he didnt specify CHP or BHP.
those race bikes you speak of are built to be VERY VERY VERY linear in relation to throttle input. i mean like fuckin UBER ass linear. like keihin flatslide type linear. all those racebikes are built with longevity and controllability in mind. to make a 600 create 140 at the wheel and to assume the typical 12-15% driveline loss i think is fine.. 160 i think is a reasonable number in general.. now, N/A? well.. maybe.. i dunno.. i'm no pro engine guru.. i know enough to be dangerous.. but i think with enough tricks and sneaky shit done 120-130 N/A is achievable. spray or low boost could net 160 CHP easy.

EASY.
