well it's official i'll be heading to jackson tennessee to take forum member ( bnether ) to small claims court since he screwwed me out of a zx9r motor

. i sent him a money order for $860 for the motor and half the shipping but never received the motor???? The last time i talked to him was 5/15 when he said he had just deposited the money order and when it cleared he would send it out. Now i had to send $135.00 to file for court and added another $300 for traveling expenses. I called this guy every day and not once did i get a reply? i could understand if he was in jail or the hospital but nothing???? not one responce??? anybody else done business with this guy?????

fuck man.. thats poop. good luck. i might have to take some silly fuck for a grand myself.. but not forum related. why the hell can't ppl just own up to their financial obligations?

He is lying about the money order. You do not have to wait for a money order to clear. A bank draft, yes. Next time, only use a service (Paypal, for example) for this type of transaction. I wish you good luck...

Well drove all the way to tenn, and was in court no more than 30 minutes. the ass never showed and i won my case. now i pray to see if i get any money from this loser!!!!! If anyone has ever done business with this tool pm your # so i can get as much information on this guy.

Yeah, the easy part is getting the judgment, the hard part is collecting on it. These type of people usually don't have income or assets to seize. Still, if you haven't already, check with your courthouse for the procedures on enforcing judgments.

liek i said about the fag who owes me a grand.. i'm not sure what i can do except threaten him with legal action and hope it works.
he's been sued for $18,950 from someone else, and will be sued for about $20K here soon..

my grand is a drop in the bucket on what he owes out to ppl.

that dude is fucking worthless.

oh, NB, i could always use assistance on collections.

before i left they gave me numbers for the sheriffs in tenn. To try and garnish his wages or freeze his bank account? If you look at some of the guys posts he had like 4 bikes for sale and when i talked to him he said he had a zx14. The guys got to have some cash?????

I bought my 9 from that guy a year ago.

I was looking at the Blue 99 and the Green/Purple 00, you can guess what I choose.

He swapped out the motor on me, It's got a 02 or 03 motor in it. it runs fine so I just let it go but it did piss me off a bit. I didn't really know any better at the time, only after owning the bike for a few months did I discover the motor was not stock. He also removed the chrome rims and new tires, though I prefer the black rims I got anyway.
The undertail was also torn up, it was lowered 3" and the tire had rubbed all the plastic away, he promised me a new undertail but like you once I gave him the money I never heard from him again.

He did come down quite a bit on the asking price as well, I paid less then 4k so that's another reason I didn't do anything.

I do have his e-mail address (not that it will do any good) He also claimed to own the local 1/8 drag strip up there in Jackson.
