I think most are aware of the benefits of Nitrogen vs. normal air in car tires.
And we're seeing more and more cars and trucks with Nitrogen in their tires off the showroom floors. More Stable, less heat expansion, more consistent Pressures, and less Oxidation on the inside .
All the Nascar teams around us say they use Nitrogen in their tires. Plus we have always put it in the tires on our cars the past several years
Does anyone here use Nitrogen in their motorcycle tires? Street or Race bikes?
As it seems you don't have to mess with the tire pressures as much with Nitrogen.
Thoughts?

Finding places that have it is difficult and it's a lot more expensive than standard O2. I suppose if you found a shop that had it, you could pay them to fill up your 5 gallon air canister but just remember not to then take it to the gas station or home compressor to refill! I've never run Nitrogen myself and TBH even at the track day level I achieved O2 works just fine for me. You still have to measure your psi before and after each session so imho it's not that much extra to take a lb off or in at that time. For the racers yeah I'd see a reason for it but on streets, only way I'd see it as a benefit is for the people who let their bikes sit for weeks and don't check the air pressure before rolling out (like my mom which I tell her she needs to!!).
I use a 78% nitrogen, 20% oxygen, 2% 'other' hybrid.

I just use the green caps, it's much cheaper.

Never filled a tyre yet with O2. Maybe about 21% O2 and most of the rest Nitrogen.
Can't see any practical value in going from 80% to 100% nitrogen for normal street use. Might be the difference between a win and a close second on the track. Might be.
Oxidisation inside an allow wheel is trivial, and while my bikes tend to need the tyre pressures tweaking every couple of months my cars are good for around 6 months. I lose more air checking the pressures than is lost over time.
To start a post with 'I think most are aware of the benefits' when that is manifestly not true is not a particularly clever thing to do. I think that ther OP is gullible and naive.

When I said standard O2, I meant it's the standard air/oxygen we all breathe (yes I know it's a mixture of nitrogen and some other small trace gasses), that can be obtained from the gas station air compressors for .50. I should have been more clear. You'd be very dumb to run pure O2 in anything because if it blows up you're fucked. Pure oxygen is HIGHLY flammable.
I fill mine up with helium to reduce weight.
