I look for quality above all else, good customer interaction/services (get better deals if you're a returning customer), price matching if possible, free shipping is always a plus, and I suppose a 30 day trial/return period since a lot of the stuff we buy, we can't exactly see in person, ie boots, gloves, suits, etc.
