Motorcycles mainly have 17 inch wheels, which are larger diameter than most car wheels, so they spin slower than car wheels at the same speed.

Put them on my buddies rims as a joke. They aren't that bright.

Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
