Ex650 electrical/fuel problem?

So I've been at a loss for days now. I put a 2006 ninja ex650 into a 1978 gs550. My issue right now is the fuel. I have spark and pulse. Throttle bodies start up on ignition. Injectors seem to function outside of the bike (I could hear it clicking when I pit 12 volts to it) but won't inject fuel. I am using an aftermarket in line fuel pump from summit racing that is max 45 psi and is meant for efi. Does the ex650 have a fuel pressure regulator or something that i am missing? I ran it straight from fuel pump to fuel rail on the throttle bodies.

The injectors are reading 12.7 ohms on both. Kawasaki dealer said it should be at 12.3 or .4? Does this mea:(n my injectors are bad? Any help is appreciated.

Unless you have professional equipment a reading of half an ohm out of spec is nothing.

I take it that you're not getting any fault code from the ecu? Are you using the 650 ecu? No interlock issues? Is the engine turning over when you try to start it? I guess it must if you have spark. Have you checked that the pump is actually feeding the injectors?

If there's a regulator on the ER-6 its built into the pump. Might be an idea to find out what pressure the system needs.
