So I've been at a loss for days now. I put a 2006 ninja ex650 into a 1978 gs550. My issue right now is the fuel. I have spark and pulse. Throttle bodies start up on ignition. Injectors seem to function outside of the bike (I could hear it clicking when I pit 12 volts to it) but won't inject fuel. I am using an aftermarket in line fuel pump from summit racing that is max 45 psi and is meant for efi. Does the ex650 have a fuel pressure regulator or something that i am missing? I ran it straight from fuel pump to fuel rail on the throttle bodies.
The injectors are reading 12.7 ohms on both. Kawasaki dealer said it should be at 12.3 or .4? Does this mean my injectors are bad? Any help is appreciated.
