If each issue included n00dz of your avatar chick, then I'm game for them.
Sounds like an interesting idea. I probably would subscribe if everything was well thought out. May want to do a few "test" issues to see what people like/don't like about them, and how to improve them.
But seriously, I must see n00dz of this chick. It is relevant to my interests.

If they where garage builds and stuff like that. None of this yuppie crap, and there where articles showing you how to do things ect.. I might read it.
Right now the only 2 motorcycle magazines I will read is The Horse (back street choppers) and Sport Rider.
Everything else seems to be a look at me circle jerk. Cycle world is boring to me, like a giant commercial for people with too much money.
If this is a magazine that caters to people that like to ride and work on there own stuff but dont have a lot of cash and dont care about chrome, then I would probably be interested.

I would say my target audience is going to be the "garage builds" and not the "yuppie crap".

you should hire me as your technical editor and director at a badass salary so i can basically fund the magazine in a roundabout way by being able to complete my turbo/efi build thus giving the mag something to cover. lol

Unfortunately all the time I spent busting my chops to be able to design and layout a magazine can't go without recognition. So those spots are already filled. But hey, when I win the lottery, I'll be happy to throw you some bills to finish your build and put it in the magazine.
