He replied to my questions that I asked, they were given to me by will I believe I cannot remember your user name sorry my friend, but thank you. Also he gave more pictures and couple scratches that he didn't talk about on his ad.

(1) Tires are in great shape! No dry-rot or flat spots. (picture attached)

(2) I rode it really smooth. I took great care of the bike, but the previous owner did lay it down at 10mph a few weeks after he bought it. He was a just a scared kid and he didn't want to ride it again, so he sold it to me. I added all those mods you see, but I didn't get arouind to fixing the scratches yet. (picture attached)

(3) Last week.

(4) 500 miles ago. I only use Castrol full synthetic! The good stuff!

(5) Fill service recoreds attached.

(6) Why are you selling it?

(7) See my list of modifications totaling to $1,249.07

(8) No, the bike is COMPLETELY safe to ride and runs perfectly!

(9) The scratched pictured, small amount of rust on the chain. (picture attached)

(11) I loved the bike, I don't want to get ride of it, but my wife was laid off of work and I can not afford to keep it.

1)Some serious bad cupping on that rear tire....
2)Superficial damage...rash is nothing
3)I'd never ride a 250 on the street. Track yes, street no fucking way

The whatever amount of aftermarket stuff does almost nothing to the price. Everyone knows if you want to recoup aftermarket part cost you put a bike back to stock and sell them seperate.

So do you think if I talked him to 3000 that would be good enough because I'm okay with the mods or how about 2800 how much do you think I should pay. Please help me out here what do I use to push him towards bringing down the price

Aftermarket has almost 0 value on the bike at resale, that rear tire is a joke, replace it... Id like to go over this bike with a fine tooth comb. This seller doesn't seem to know squat. Offer $2500 and tell him he is lucky to get that.

Its been down, needs a new tire (that he thinks is in great shape), trying to increase value with aftermarket parts, not maintained (rusted chain). This is the sort of dude that should step away from mechanical things!

Its up to you. I would offer 2600-2800 and haggle up to 3000 if you want to get a used bike. But you could also get a new one for a few hundred more. Its a personal choice. As far as haggling its a discontinued model. It's been replace by the 300. Its got cosmetic damage and the tires aren't great.

Also, 250s are deeply discounted now that the 300 is out, new is $3500 for a motivated buyer. I don't like buying from people who don't know what they are talking about, because they sell thier mistakes.
