Nice that the judge reduced your fine, and did not suspend your license for 30 days (part of that infraction). I got popped in late June, right after a 2 day novice school.
Fortunately for me, the officer was never close enough (at least 1/2 mile back), to really pace me, he happened to catch up to me after I got off the freeway and was waiting a the red light. He said he was chasing me for 9 miles (just about where I got on the freeway).
anyway, I'm stilling fighting my ticket, the attorney said it probably won't go to court till March 2013. I would be really unhappy with a 2 point violation...
