How much seat time do you have on a motorcycle? You sound like kind of a noob. If you are buying this as your first bike you WILL drop it. I would buy used with some miles on it. There is a reason they have had this bike for so long and nobody has bought it yet.
I would not get hung up on mileage. Some miles like at least 2-3k for every year is better than 0 miles. You will over-pay for this shiny bike, then hate yourself when there are problems with it, or when you drop it for first time.
Being a noob is no insult - we all were once. Good advice here. If it was me, that's what I would do......
I'm done giving advice on this thread. OP asked for advice, he has received good advice in the tons from members, mostly advising him to stay away from it. But you've gone back to take more pictures, you seem to really want the bike despite being advised against it.
At this point my thoughts are do what you want. If you get the bike and it later realise you over paid for it, you were warned and only have your self to blame. If you do go for it, I hope you have years of enjoyable riding out of it.

yes i am a noob. ive probably got only a couple hundred hours of riding experience over a year and a half. and im definitely a mechanical noob too. i usually never work on my bike myself and always have my friends helping me out. hence why i made this post asking everyone about mechanical condition and stuff.
but thanks to everyone for their advice in this thread. i wont update anymore and +rep to everyone who was helpful
